Prime Cast 2610 Color Quartz Broadcast Floor System
This retail location required a floor system that would deliver an attractive, decorative finish while also providing the durability necessary to perform under high daily foot traffic. To meet these performance and aesthetic goals, Prime Coat recommended the Prime Cast 2610 Color Quartz Broadcast Floor System.
Following proper substrate preparation, certified installers applied PC 101 EPOXYCOAT as the primer coat and broadcast color quartz aggregate into the wet resin to achieve consistent, uniform coverage. The next day, PC 341 ULTRACOAT was applied, followed by a second quartz broadcast to build texture and enhance long-term wear resistance.
Once the aggregate was set, a grout coat was installed to lock in the quartz and create a more serviceable surface. A final finish coat of PC 341 ULTRTRACOAT was then applied to provide added UV stability and chemical resistance, while retaining the natural slip resistance contributed by the color quartz. The result is a high-performance flooring system designed to maintain its appearance, traction, and durability in a demanding retail environment, day after day.
