System Overview

Prime Armor 3110 is a general service 100% solids epoxy mortar system, designed for new construction or renovation work where an impact and abrasion-resistant finish is desired. 3110 includes a 100% solids pigmented epoxy topcoat.

Finish Textures
Prime Coat offers 3 finish textures to help reduce slippage. Texture A is our smoothest finish, offering the greatest cleanability. Texture B is our mid-level anti-slip finish, the recommended balance of slip resistance and cleanability. Texture C is our roughest finish, offering the most slip resistance and is recommended for industrial environments. Custom textures can be engineered to meet specific design requirements, and a mock-up is recommended to ensure customer satisfaction.

Common Applications

3110 is designed to protect concrete floors in the toughest environments. Specific applications include, but are not limited to: heavy duty manufacturing, loading docks, industrial kitchens, food and beverage manufacturing and packaging, chemical plants, fork lift aisles and agricultural floor restorations.
