System Overview

Prime Cast 2412 is a 1/8" to 1/4" urethane concrete with a color quartz broadcast. 2412 is specifically formulated for areas which are prone to swings in temperatures or thermal cycling. A major benefit of this system is that it is resistant to high moisture results from ASTM F-1869 and F-2170. The decorative quartz broadcast is sealed with clear, UV- resistant polyaspartic.

Finish Textures
Prime Coat offers 3 finish textures to help reduce slippage. Texture A is our smoothest finish, offering the greatest cleanability. Texture B is our mid-level anti-slip finish, the recommended balance of slip resistance and cleanability. Texture C is our roughest finish, offering the most slip resistance and is recommended for industrial environments. Custom textures can be engineered to meet specific design requirements, and a mock-up is recommended to ensure customer satisfaction.
