Prime Guard 1600 is a two coat system consisting of high-solids polyamide epoxy and a urethane topcoat specially formulated to protect and finish high-tech modular steel cell structures. 1600 resists scratching, graffiti and other inmate abuse. When the optional antimicrobial is included the cell surfaces get added protection from microbe and fungal growth.
