System Overview

Seamless System 5130 is a patented process for creating a solid-colored, seamless enclosure for shower walls, ceilings and floors. 5130 features a spray-applied Kevlar and chopped fiberglass reinforced floor, wall, and ceiling component. The Shower System can be installed quickly, with little downtime, and in a wide array of colors.

Texture
Finish Textures
Prime Coat offers 2 finish textures to help reduce slippage. Texture B is our mid-level anti-slip finish, the recommended balance of slip resistance and cleanability. Texture C is our roughest finish, offering the most slip resistance and is recommended for industrial environments. Custom textures can be engineered to meet specific design requirements, and a mock-up is recommended to ensure customer satisfaction.

Common Applications

5130 will adhere to any structural substrate. It is used in showers, animal holding, dog kennels, BSL’s, industrial kitchens, food and beverage manufacturing and any area that requires a long lasting impact and abrasion resistant finish. It has been used in the harshest environments for the past 25 years and is specified all across the USA.
