Scope of Work
PRIME CAST 2110 is a 1/8" thick flooring system made of 100% solids epoxy and broadcast aggregates. It is installed as a double broadcast system and is available in any of Prime Coat’s standard solid colors.

Prime Cast 2110 Solid Colored Epoxy Floor
To meet the demanding service conditions of an active warehouse, including high point loads, continuous forklift traffic, and the movement and staging of heavy pallets, the owner elected to revamp the existing concrete floor with a stronger, more resilient flooring system engineered for long-term performance.
Prime Coat recommended its Prime Cast 2110 Solid Colored Epoxy Floor System to deliver the required durability and compressive strength. Preparation began with an aggressive mechanical grind to achieve an ICRI CSP 3 surface profile using orbital grinders, ensuring proper adhesion and system integrity. Certified installers then applied PC 101 EPOXYCOAT epoxy primer and broadcasted silica sand into the wet resin to increase system thickness and enhance compressive strength. After cure, a second coat was applied using PC 301 GLAZECOAT SV epoxy body coat, followed by a second silica broadcast to further build the system and improve load-bearing performance.
To complete the installation, a final finish coat of PC 341 ULTRACOAT was applied to provide enhanced UV resistance and a durable, service-ready surface. The completed system delivered excellent compressive strength to withstand forklift traffic and heavy pallet loads, resulting in a long-lasting floor designed for reliable performance in a high-abuse warehouse environment.
