Scope of Work
PRIME CAST 2110 is a 1/8" to 3/16" thick flooring system made of 100% solids epoxy and broadcast aggregates. It is installed as a double broadcast system and is available in any of Prime Coat’s standard solid colors.

This distribution facility required a robust, durable flooring system engineered to withstand heavy point loads, constant forklift and vehicular traffic, and routine exposure to the chemicals used in daily cleaning and maintenance. To meet these demands, Prime Coat specified its Prime Cast 2110 Solid Colored Epoxy Floor System.
Following comprehensive preparation of the concrete substrate, certified installers applied PC 101 EPOXYCOAT as the primer coat and broadcast aggregate into the wet resin to build system thickness and reinforcement. A body coat was then installed using PC 301 GLAZECOAT SV, followed by an additional aggregate broadcast to further enhance durability and surface profile. To complete the system, a final heavy-wear coat of PC 341 ULTRACOAT was applied to provide enhanced UV stability and chemical resistance while maintaining sufficient texture for natural slip resistance. The result is a high-performance floor designed for demanding distribution environments, delivering long-term protection, safer traction, and dependable wear resistance shift after shift.
