Prime Guard 1110 Epoxy Floor System
The dealership sought to transform its showroom floor with a smooth, high-gloss finish that would elevate the space while delivering long-term performance. To meet these goals, Prime Coat recommended and supplied the Prime Guard 1110 Solid Colored Epoxy Flooring System.
Following thorough surface preparation by Prime Coat’s team of certified installers, the floor was primed with PC 101 EPOXYCOAT Pigmented Primer to ensure optimal adhesion and substrate sealing. Once the primer had fully cured, PC 301 GLAZECOAT SV was applied as the body coat, providing uniform color and a seamless finish. A wear layer of PC 341 ULTRACOAT was then installed to enhance durability and provide added UV resistance.
At the owner’s request, a final finish coat of PC 551 MCUCOAT, an aliphatic urethane, was applied due to its superior resistance to UV exposure, abrasion, and chemicals. This comprehensive system delivers a high-gloss, visually striking showroom floor designed to maintain its appearance and performance for years to come.
