SOLID COLORED MULTI-LAYERED CHEMICAL RESISTANT FLOOR SYSTEM
System Description:
PRIME CAST 2111 is a 1/8” to 3/16” thick flooring
system made of 100% solids pigmented novolac
epoxy and broadcast aggregates. It can be installed
as a typical broadcast system or as a slurry
broadcast system and is available in any of Prime
Coat’s solid colors.
Common Applications:
2111 is typically installed over clean prepared
concrete where a durable solid color finish is
desired. It is designed as a cost effective concrete
restoration topping over damaged concrete. Specific
applications include, but are not limited to:
- Manufacturing
- Prisons
- Schools
- Food processing
- Chemical processing
- Pharmaceutical plants
